Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know when you start your return and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away — we'll cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
